Strong Engagement

Promodata facilitates access to supplier product data through various independent provider platforms, distributors’ own websites and APPA Search. Additionally, we supply data feeds to multiple service providers and distributors, who curate and utilise the data for their own purposes.

  • APPA Search – Over 6,000 individual distributor logins per month are recorded on APPA Search, enabling efficient product discovery.
  • Business Systems – Service providers, including Brandengine, CommonSku, and Promo Quoter, are fully integrated with the Promodata catalogue
  • Distributor Websites – More than 130 distributor websites leverage the Promodata API for seamless Product Information Management.
  • User Interaction – In December 2024 alone, users accessed over 5.5 million product images.

Sustaining Excellence: Pricing Adjustments for 2025

Providing a reliable and evolving platform takes work—and resources. For nearly three years, Promodata has delivered exceptional value without raising subscription fees. However, with rising costs in data storage, development, and maintenance, a modest adjustment is necessary to ensure we continue meeting the industry’s needs.

New Distributor Pricing
(Effective December 1st, 2024):

  • Primary Website/Platform: AU$149.00 + GST per month
  • Supplementary Websites: AU$79.00 + GST each
  • Annual Prepayment Discount: Save 10%

New Supplier Fee
(Effective December 1st, 2024):

  • AU$49 + GST per month (AU$588 + GST annually)

As a token of appreciation, all current supplier contributors and distributor subscribers will receive a 2-month grace period with new pricing taking effect from February 1st, 2025.

These fees ensure we can continue delivering top-notch tools and resources while maintaining our growing infrastructure.


Why This Matters

While a 49% increase may sound significant, it’s worth considering that it’s roughly equivalent to just two hours of minimum wage work in Australia. This investment enables Promodata to remain the industry’s leading solution, helping you manage product data efficiently and professionally.
